More Tho
Terms of Service
Welcome to More Tho. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the More Tho website at moretho.com and the More Tho mobile apps (together, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility & accounts
You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service, and you must meet the minimum age required in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account.
2. Educational purpose only
All content in the Service — including news, events, AI chat responses, and scenario certificates — is provided for education and general information. It is not tailored to your financial situation and must not be relied upon as advice. Nothing in the Service is an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to engage in any transaction. Markets involve risk, including loss of principal; past performance and hypothetical scenarios do not indicate future results.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
- Present the Service's content as personalized financial advice or as a recommendation to any third party;
- Attempt to access, tamper with, or disrupt the Service, its security, or its infrastructure, including probing, scanning, or bypassing rate limits;
- Scrape, harvest, or bulk-extract content or data except as expressly permitted, or use automated means to overload the Service;
- Reverse engineer, resell, or commercially redistribute the Service or its content without our written permission;
- Misuse the AI assistant, including submitting unlawful content or attempting to generate harmful, deceptive, or abusive output.
4. Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, text, graphics, and software, is owned by More Tho or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Third-party news and market data belong to their respective owners and are provided under their terms. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.
5. Third-party content & links
The Service surfaces news and data from third parties and may link to external sites. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, accuracy, or availability. Your use of third-party sites is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
6. AI-generated content
The in-app assistant is powered by third-party AI models and can produce inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information. Do not rely on it for financial, legal, medical, or other professional decisions. Verify important information independently.
7. No warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of content. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, More Tho and its officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or investment or trading losses, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Service — even if advised of the possibility of such damages. To the extent any liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or USD 50.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless More Tho from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
10. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service and its users. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 4, 7, 8, 9, and 12) will survive.
11. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may modify or discontinue the Service, and we may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which More Tho is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

The Paid Evaluations and Contributor terms below are product terms drafted by engineering to match how the features are actually built. They must be reviewed and finalized by counsel before either product accepts money.
14. Paid Evaluations ("Evaluated on Request")
14.1 What you are buying. A Paid Evaluation is a one-time research computation. You are paying for the evaluation to be performed — you are NOT paying for a favorable score, for any particular result, or for placement. Payment does not, and structurally cannot, influence the score: the scoring model never receives, and has no input for, whether or how much you paid.
14.2 Results are published as computed, and are permanent. Every Paid Evaluation is published in the clearly labeled Paid Evaluations section whether the result is positive or negative, with equal prominence. Once you submit, the result cannot be withdrawn, suppressed, edited, or removed by you. You agree to this before payment. Paid Evaluations are never placed in the editorial news feed or on the front page.
14.3 Compensation disclosure (Securities Act §17(b)). Every Paid Evaluation is published with an unmissable disclosure stating who paid, how much, and in what form, and your stated relationship to the asset. You must provide accurate disclosure information; submitting false disclosure information voids the evaluation and may be unlawful.
14.4 Not investment advice. A Paid Evaluation is a research experiment and is not investment advice, a recommendation, an offer, or a solicitation to buy or sell any security. The score is a scenario-robustness measure, not a prediction. The Quantum Scenario Certificate attests only that the scenario seed came from a disclosed quantum/entropy source and was fixed before the run (i.e., not cherry-picked). It does not attest that the score is correct.
14.5 Refunds. Because the deliverable is generated on demand and published immutably, Paid Evaluations are non-refundable once the evaluation has been performed, except where required by law.
15. Contributor / Creator Network
15.1 Disclosure is mandatory. When you publish about any asset you must disclose any position you hold in it (or state that you hold none). No disclosure, no publish — the submission system enforces this. Your disclosure is published with your piece.
15.2 No paid-for coverage. You may not accept payment, or anything of value, from any third party in exchange for writing about, or writing favorably about, any asset. Paid-for coverage and stock promotion are prohibited and result in removal of your content and permanent termination of contributor status.
15.3 Identity on file. Contributors must provide their real legal name and a valid email before publishing, even when the public byline is a pseudonym. We may disclose this information to regulators or legal authorities as required.
15.4 Scoring and public track record. Your submissions are scored by our blind model, certified, and your directional calls are graded publicly against the real market. You consent to this public, ongoing track record.
15.5 Revenue share & taxes. Contributor payouts are made via Stripe Connect and are subject to Stripe's terms. You are an independent party, not an employee. Payouts may be reported to tax authorities (e.g., IRS Form 1099); you are responsible for your own taxes and for providing accurate tax information. We may withhold payouts pending required tax documentation.
15.6 Content standards. No rumors, no market manipulation, no personalized investment advice. We may decline or remove content that violates these standards.
